Jessica Pitts is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for a few years now. She is one of the few people who give you what you want while explaining the expectations of how it will look on you. I can literally only trust her to cut my hair. When I ask for two inches off that’s exactly what I get. I’m a natural brunette and I made the decision to try blonde once and she did a beautiful balayage! It was magical. I highly recommend this queen.

I had a horrible experience with my stylist. I walked out of the salon looking like a clown. I had my hair colored and my eyebrows tinted. I did not realize until I got home that the stylist Didn’t bother to even clean off my face over my eyebrows and around my hairline. I have been having my hair colored for 30 years and have never had such a horrible experience. I don’t see that well so I was not able to tell until I got home what she had left on my face. I need somebody who cares a little bit more about how they allow their clients to leave. Thank God I did not have to go anywhere in public once I left the salon.I could call the manager and complain but what good would it do? The girl who checked me out said nothing to me either.

My daughter got her hair colored here. Sydney was her stylist, she is fresh out of beauty school, 19 yrs old. Did a horrible job. Left my daughters hair orange, and charged her $240 dollars . For only highlights. Waiting on a Manger to call me back. I want a refund and Sydney and Kristin are refusing it.

What a horrible situation. I didn’t want to write a review however when the stylist (KATIE DIXON) decided to block me from connecting about a refund (installation fee $375) I felt it’s only fair. I went in for extensions paid $1100.00 ($630 hair $375 install + tip) after 12 days the extensions began sliding out and causes pinching & pulling pain. I had them removed. I was shocked to find the stylist (KATIE DIXON) butchered my hair! She explained that the top layer would need to be texturized in order for the extensions to blend. She didn’t just texturize the top layer she chopped off several inches and chunked out layers and pieces all over. I’m devastated. I am a hair stylist who worked at WH for almost ten years. (Now I’m a freelance bridal artist) I trust their work that’s why I went to WH for this service! I do not recommend Katie Dixon for her work and her customer service skills are horrible.

Lindsey Burchfield did the hair for myself, my bridesmaids, and both the mother of the bride and the groom, and she did an incredible job! Everyone loved their hair, and she was incredibly efficient with such a large group. She was great to work with, and really listened to what people wanted so that everyone could have their own unique look. Highly recommend!
