I took my son here for his haircut and was NOT disappointed! Their service is amazing, I booked an apt on TheCut app with Will, and everything went according to schedule. I gave specific instructions on how I’d like his hair cut && got exactly that. The atmosphere was easy going and I believe my son had the complete experience for his first cut!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityComing here changed the game for me. I asked for a temp fade, which I already had, and I told him not to touch the rest of my hair. He cut into my hair making it shorter on the sides. He used Bigen without asking, and I hate that unnatural looking product. After washing the Bigen out, I noticed my temp fade was uneven. Coming here changed the game for me. I asked for a temp fade, which I already had, and I told him not to touch the rest of my hair. He cut into my hair making it shorter on the sides. He used Bigen without asking, and I hate that unnatural looking product. After washing the Bigen out, I noticed my temp fade was uneven. I went home and cut all of my hair off. Never again.
