Beyond happy with my service today! What normally takes two hours, Jerry did in one. Not only did he do it better than I’ve ever had my nails done before but also took extra care with my cuticles. I always go to this place anyway but Jerry just made this an exceptional experience, I will be booking with him strictly from now on. He made sure I was happy the entire time and I don’t like to sit for too long so the fact that it only took him an hour made me so happy. Thank you again Jerry!

I took my daughter here to enjoy some mommy/daughter time. We had a very enjoyable experience. I could tell that all of the staff work very hard to minimize talking among themselves as to not offend their clients. I was expecting to feel like I was being talked about the entire time, but they all stayed very professional except one of the workers who started talking under her breath. I assume she thought I didn’t hear her, but I appreciate that the co worker she was talking to did not entertain her immaturity. He ignored her and kept working.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI will not return for manicures or pedicures. I went there yesterday as a mother’s day gift with my daughter. We had appointments. They took my daughter immediately and she was fine with the service they provided her. I sat with my feet soaking for 45 minute before a technician was available. I don’t wear nail polish so my appointment is shorter than most. My manicure was done while I remained in the pedicure chair with the woman standing the entire time. There was no soaking my fingers or massaging of my hands/arms. The entire service was rushed. What would normally span about an hour, took a mere 20 minutes for both the manicure and pedicure. This is supposed to be a relaxing treat. I had an appointment and was quickly given a seat for my pedicure. I sat in the chair for almost 20 minutes in tepid water. No one checked in, updated me on when someone would actually start my pedicure. The pedicurist did a good job overall. My frustration came at the end when it was time to pay. After I paid and tipped the woman who gave me the pedicure gave me the tip back. I was confused. She then tells me the standard tip amount is 15%. At one point she stopped my pedicure to answer her cell phone and wants 15%? She stood right next to me waiting for more money until I told her to please give me some space until I was ready – which she did. I do not think it’s professional for someone to tell a customer what to tip. Nowhere on the website does it say what the “standard tip” amount is. I’ve been to Will Nails several times and have never experienced anything like this.

My first time going to Will Nails today and from the second I walked in they treated me great! I had Joy do my nails and she did an amazing job! She was very gentle with a nail I had recently hurt. Also the cost was lower than other nail salons in the area 🙂

The first time I had gone in for ANC and it came out really nice but then only after a week one of my nails chipped in half. The second time I went back and it was freezing in the building and my hands were super cold and the woman never offered to warm them with the towel. This time 3 of my nails broke in less then a week. This was the first times I ever had nails break and chip over my whole course of having my nails done in 15 years. Sadly I will not be going back. I now have to get my nails fixed after spending the money I saved in the first place to have them done in less than 8 days.

Well organized, extremely clean, calm atmosphere (not a lot of chatter from the staff or Patrons) and they are flexible if you are running late and call to tell them. They don’t make you sit and wait if you had an appointment. The quality is fantastic, and they make sure they massage you for the proper time that you paid for. This is done using kitchen timers and they show you. They don’t stop massaging until the timer dings. They aren’t too heavy or light handed either, but will accommodate your needs if you simply ask.
