Not the same as before. Had an appointment; I arrived late, the OWNER WELCOMED ME VERY RUDLY. Lacking of staff, bad service, not recommended. Domingo is not there any more and the other great stylists are gone.

Came into the salon with a half-up bun on my head. The hair dresser literally chopped the bun off. My hair fell down and It was a jagged, horrifying mess. My stylist then laughed at my hair and left me, looking awful, in the seat while she grabbed product. I almost bawled my eyes out because I had women walking past me, and I literally looked terrible. When the stylist came back she said no words to me THE ENTIRE TIME. I felt so uncomfortable. She didn’t even aske to reiterate what I wanted out of my hair, which wod have been helpful since she cut way more than I wanted.due to the silence, I the customer, tried starting conversatios so I wouldn’t have a panic attack. It helped, but that’s not my job. Also, at the end of my appointment the cashier asked, “do you want the tip to go on the card”? She asked loudly, infront of her staff and I felt so much pressure to say yes, even though I didn’t want to leave a tip. I just moved to Steamboat and I am extremely bummed that this all happened.

I give at least three stars because the front desk lady was very helpful in keeping my daughter occupied while I had my hair done and the hair lady Olivia I had was very kind. I chose to only give three stars though because I am not completely satisfied with my end hair results for the amount I paid. I paid 171 dollars and my hair has turned out very splotchy in places where the color was not evenly applied. I will not go back to her again.

I’m from out of town, I was treated very rudely just for walking in to see if they by chance had any availability. I am very understanding that Salons may not have time when walking in and do not expect to always get in, however sometimes you can. The lady was haughty and demeaning to me, maybe she was having a rough day, but customers should not ever be treated so rudely.

Darling Salon!! Staff was really pleasant and happy. Especially liked Kelly. She worked her schedule around me and did a phenomenal job with both my color and cut! I wish I had time for a mani/pedi, but I’ll come back for both. Definitely will rebook here!! Highly recommend!!

The girl he used to cut my hair here had to leave so Kelly cut my hair today. I brought in a couple examples of what I was looking for in style for my medium length hair and she did exactly what I asked her to. She alzo styled my hair at the end so I could see ‘the style. I highly recommend Kelly!

Had an awesome haircut by Miranda. Visiting Steamboat and needed a cut. Took a chance on trying something different and I love the cut. Miranda did a great job! She really listened to me when I told her what I wanted done! Plus she was very nice and friendly to talk to.
