I want to say first of all my stylist was very sweet and was so personable. Ive had terrible luck with my hair and entrusted her to take the reigns. I had her cut several inches of my very long hair off at my first appointment and she did a fantastic job. My 2nd appointment was for color. I have very dark hair and explained I pull very brassy and orange-ish. I showed a picture and asked for a mushroom color bayalage (see pic below). When I left it didnt quite look like the ashy brown color I had requested, but assumed the way it was styled and the lighting could have been making it appear lighter than I had expected. 2 days later when I finally washed it for the 1st time color was being washed out down my tub drain. My hair was orange! I called the salon to have it fixed and the person told me on the phone they couldn’t help me because my stylist was gone and she would have to be the one to fix it. I ended up going somewhere else where they toned my hair twice to get the brassiness out. My review being less than desirable isn’t so much based on the stylist’s mistake (as we are all human) but rather the way they brushed me off when I was in panic mode from my orange hair! Very disappointed and,unfortunately will not return. Im attaching photos to show what I requested, and the color I had just as I was sitting down to have it fixed at another establishment. This picture was taken just a few days after the color. The picture also shows how the bayalage wasn’t done quite right also.

My experience at Wildheart Salon was top notch! My stylist, Aly Schmit, gave me my first ever balayage and I loved it. She was helpful in answering my hair related questions and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been back for a cut and eyebrow wax (also done wonderfully by Aly) and am looking forward to my next appointment there! The salon is cute and clean, too! Definitely recommend!

Sam did an amazing job on my hair. throughout my life I’ve always had a minor panic after getting my hair changed that would last a few days, I can confidently say that it was not the case this time. She asked a lot of questions regarding my hair issues and really took her time to give me a great color. Love Wildheart Salon! I’ve been a client of Suzanne’s for years now, and visiting her is always a treat. Not only is she personable and very easy to get along with, but her talents and knowledge as a stylist and colorist are off the charts. I went to Wildheart Salon for the first time with a friend, and we had a great time chatting, being pampered and enjoying the vibe.
