I was there for a Brazilian waxing, it was my very first time and was nervous. Luckily, I bought a lidocaine spray and used it 2 hours before my appointment to ease the pain. Since I walked through the door, Pamela greeted me and she was very nice, she explained to me what she was going to do and we started. I definitely felt less pain because of the lidocaine, but I must acknowledge Pamela’s professionalism and kindness. She was very understanding when I was in pain and made her best to help me be comfortable in such a painful and vulnerable situation. She finished in about 30 minutes and did an amazing job. Also the place is very clean, smells amazing and is very pretty. I also noticed that there are so many products for your skin, I guess eventually I’ll give them a try as well. As for the Brazilian waxing, I’ll definitely do it again. Pamela is amazing!

I went to a different salon for a follow up on my wax needs while she was away on vacation. I was so disappointed with the result, but so very happy when Pamela was back from vacation!
