I had an appointment at 11:45am. I got there on time but my massage therapist was running late. No big deal. She came to get me and tell me she was ready at 11:50am. Once I got there not only was I burned with hot towels on my face and feet (which I normally love hot towels), but my massage ended 15 minutes early on top of her being 5 minutes late for my appointment. I paid $110 for what was supposed to be a 90 minute session, only for it to be a 70 minute session. I could have just saved myself the $35 and got an hour massage. It would have been the same thing. My friends were looking at going here but once they heard about my experience they quickly looked elsewhere.

I had a dermaplane with Kady and it was fantastic! The spa has a very relaxing environment so I was immediately comfortable. Kady took the time to explain the treatment and products to me and I really liked that extra time to learn from her.

this was my first visit to wildflower as a recommendation from a friend. i have zero complaints!! alexis did a phenomenal job with my facial, as well as helping me decide on an at-home routine that fits my schedule and my budget!! i also highly recommend having the dermaplaning treatment, as my face has never felt so smooth!! second, i had a full body massage from emma, and it truly was amazing! i’m not just saying that – the massage included hot stones and hot towels which i had not expected, and it exceeded any other massage that i ever recall!! this is certain to be my go-to self-care spa spot
