We booked with Stephanie for our wedding day hair and makeup for me and the rest of my bridal party several months in advance. As the wedding day approached, we reached out to Stephanie to finalize the day of itinerary. We sent numerous emails, and left multiple voicemails and received no response. After weeks of not hearing anything from Stephanie, I sent an email asking for a refund and calling her out on her unprofessionalism. Only then did we get a response with a clearly made up excuse as to why she hadn’t responded to all of our attempts to contact her. She then acted like she was doing us a favor by returning our deposit. I would highly recommend finding someone more reliable for your wedding day hair and makeup.
