Went in for a deep tissue massage with Kalei for an hour focusing mainly on my upper and lower back area. Must say it was the best massage I’ve ever received. She was very vocal and willing to focus on the areas needed. Very professional, well mannered, and polite. A clean comfortable and calming atmosphere is what I look for at places like this and it was all of the above. I highly recommend Kalei to anyone that needs a massage. The only problem I had was not booking a longer session.

Had my wedding in a few days and wanted a facial.. I had a small wound from acne and the facial lady said she couldn’t do anything and put some oil on my face and that was that… well whatever she put in my face was burning my skin bad! My mom had a student who does facials and she did the FULL facial and helped get rid of the horrible burning and redness the lady put in my face! The service was very rude too! Highly don’t recommend!

Every time I go for my Brazilian there is lots of hair left behind. I would be more understanding if the hair was short, but these hairs are 1in long at least. It’s disgusting. Really looking to change spas soon where someone knows how to get all the hair.
