Absolutely amazing service! Desiree knows how to do blondes so well. Past experiences with other hairstylists I would come out with a different color blonde every time. Blonde is hard to do but Desiree always nails it. I always enjoy chatting with her and she makes the time go so fast, she is so personable and nice. The Wildflower Boutique itself is the cutest salon I have ever seen. You walk in and there’s pink and white everywhere and everything is so clean and pristine. It’s like an HGTV dream that you can shop at! I have finally found my new hair salon home and am so happy to have found Desiree!

She knows just what to do to take the best care of your skin and will cater each service to you. Gina does my hair and gives me the best cut and color I have ever had. I don’t like to give a poor review because I used to work as a waitress and understand customer service. Desiree, unfortunately does not know great customer service! I received a balayage hair color treatment from Desiree. I have gotten this treatment a couple times in the past. I was very disappointed with my service. I showed her a picture and expressed how I wanted my hair. I explained I want blonde tones with a warmer auburn look and she understand. I also mentioned that I had some gray coming in and was going to be happy to get rid of it through treatment. I should have been trigger by her bringing out foil that it was more like a full/partial highlight service than balayage. When I got balayage before my hairdresser explained foils are not used in order to paint the color and really get close to the roots. Anyways she only foiled the outside of my hair but nothing underneath. Afterwards I thought it was an average job done. Once home I looked closer at the underneath which wasn’t colored and still gray. I wanted to come back to get it fixed and she refused claiming I needed an additional service to get rid of gray. When she told me her service would be complete. I spent $250 for such a subpar job; really a regular highlight that didn’t get rid of gray. She continued to express an arrogance and refuse to fix it. Do the job right in the first place or provide to fix it for the customer. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Beware! Go elsewhere that does a 10 times better job and will serve the customer!!Unfortunately, after response from owner Desiree never contacted me to help remedy the problem. Definitely will take my business elsewhere.
