I have been using Wild Thorn for all of my waxing needs for over a year. I have seen all of the girls in the studio and they always go above and beyond my expectations. Their studio is very clean, punctual and professional. You will not be disappointed with anyone in this studio! I personally see Emma if she has availability and she is beyond amazing! Critical: ProfessionalismAttempted to work with Wild Thorn for my bridal makeup. The night before my trial and the day of my bridal shower I received no calls or texts the entire day, but happened to check Instagram later in the evening to find the artist had cancelled. The owner did little to nothing to accommodate this sudden change. I didn’t even have so much as an eyebrow pencil on hand, and didn’t have time the next morning to purchase one to do my own makeup. They don’t even understand how much they complicated something that was supposed to be special. Also- Instagram is not a valid form of communication. Attempted to work with Wild Thorn for my bridal makeup. The night before my trial and the day of my bridal shower I received no calls or texts the entire day, but happened to check Instagram later in the evening to find the artist had cancelled. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get a wax done twice and both times i had a terrible experience the girl who was waxing me was complaining the whole time about how my hair was too thick she also would put wax on and that would break and caused terrible pain. Before she applied the wax on me she would put some wax on her hand then dip the same stick and then apply it on my body then with that strip she put in her hand use it to remove my wax also double dripping that wax stick. She also didn’t finish my service and changed me full price on. I went to get a wax done twice and both times i had a terrible experience the girl who was waxing me was complaining the whole time about how my hair was too thick she also would put wax on and that would break and caused terrible pain.
