I have been seeing Andrea for a year for highlights and a cut — she’s very skilled and goes out of her way to accommodate you. The decor and ambiance of the salon is really nice. I love(d) this place and I’m “definitely not” saying don’t come here. I got some really great cut and colors done here. I am going to say that if you leave and decide you are unhappy with your hair please just contact the owner Becca. I contacted my stylist and the exchange was not good at all. I’m very unhappy with my color and part of my cut, I’ll never go back after the exchange we had. It was very upsetting. I thought I had found “the salon” I was looking for. Don’t get rushed through your appointment, remember color corrections aren’t fun and you’re paying for a service that should make you feel amazing.

Color services were good, IBE not so much. The owner charges elite pricing for extention install with little experience. My extentions started coming undone multiple times. Second time I had only had them in for a week and was told to see someone else and had my e-mails ignored when I asked for any type of refund. If you know extentions you know how pricey they are to be installed. Very unprofessional.

Love it here. The atmosphere is calming, the staff are all really lovely and welcoming. Tatum is an expert at curly hair and has given me by far the best cut and dry of my unruly hair that I’ve ever had! Haircut
