Overall, I was incredibly impressed with Wild Sage Artistry. Ashley did my hair and make up on my wedding day and made me feel so beautiful. She completely exceeded my expectations and did such an amazing job at recreating the looks I showed her in my inspiration photos. Abby and Jamie did the bridesmaids makeup and all of the girls were very pleased with how they looked. A few times throughout the wedding planning process, I found the response time to be slow, however they always followed up and answered any questions I had! I would definitely recommend Wild Sage Artistry, the entire team is truly talented!

I recommended Ashley to a friend who’s wedding I am in. Myself, the bridesmaids and the bride all paid a deposit which added up to being several hundreds of dollars. Ashley reached out to my friend (the bride) and they set up a date for the trial. When the trial came up my friend asked her where she was located she took a couple days to respond, and then canceled less than 24 hrs before their trial and said she would reach back out to set up a new one. She never did but had posted about having a bunch of openings in her schedule, and then when confronted about it, ashley told my friend she tried texting her which is just not true. It made us all nervous to use her for the wedding to do our makeup so we decided to cancel our trial months out from the wedding. Ashley told us she would not refund us any of the money. I find that highly unprofessional and rude considering my friend gave her multiple chances to be professional but she acted like it wasn’t a big deal and too bad, and kept the money. As a bridesmaid I am upset for all of us because she didn’t even compromise a little about a refund. I also believe Ashley is fairly new to the cosmetology field so hopefully this can be a learning moment. I don’t know how someone could feel comfortable keeping that much money when no service was provided.
