I have used Darla about 1 year. This last bleach and hair cut was so bad. Hair cut was wrong uneven. My hair color is yellow with BIG PATCHES OF ORANGE. This happened twice. I asked her for a refund this time. She didn’t refund anything and will not take my calls. And would not fix it.

Critical: QualityPlease people don’t use this salon!!! If you value your hair. I went in for root touch up highlights and cut. No root touch up. Hair got fried while processing the highlights!! Cut was awful. It was so bad she didn’t want to dry or style my hair!! Left with wet and awful hair. I had to go get someone else to fix what she messed up!!!
