This business is horrible, no work ethic at all. I got scheduled for a hair cut 2 times, could never get it done and i don’t even know why, i never got an explanation or an apology. The first time i went there with an appointment with Jean (the owner) and she said she couldn’t do it because it was 1 hour appointment and she didn’t have enough time then scheduled a second one for the next day at 1pm and when i went there it was closed, i waited for 30 minutes by the door and no one ever answered. She knew i had to drive 2 hours yo get there and still didn’t care. I called multiple times, left voice messages in their phone and sent an email complaining about what they did and never got an answer.

I got my hair cut by Jean and had a wonderful experience! As a first time client, she asked a lot of questions about the way I wear my hair and my typical routine which I very much appreciate. Im admittedly very picky about my hair as I’ve had a lot of bad experiences in the past. She was clearly very knowledgeable, and I immediately felt at ease! I will definitely be back.

Was looking for a new place to get a hair cut and color. It easy to schedule an appointment with online service. I had my appointment on Saturday, it was a lovely place it very clean and not toomey people. I love my hair color and hair cut from Helen. She was awesome. I highly recommend this place and Helen.
