I came a little early with my 2 boys for their appointment I had made a week prior. After the time of our appointemnt, we waited 11 additional minutes, when our scheduled “stylist” came to the desk she unapologeticly responded that she was really only 4 minutes late and she was with her other client still (by the way, we could clearly see her talking and visiting with no concern about those waiting) and it would be an additional 5 minutes… I looked over at her client in the chair…she had at least 10-15 minutes to go. We left. THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Making an appointment doesn’t matter to these people. Your time is of no concern. Rude.
