So I now have to agree with this previous review. I was also told it was just me and she was changing products each time I got a fill and I just wasn’t a good candidate for extensions. I actually was loyal enough to go here more than once thinking she was really doing everything she could to do my lashes I’ve paid every two weeks since January 21 and tipped only to have no lashes after the first 2-3 days.I kept going back because I was comfortable with Ashley only to have her be dismissive when I tried to reschedule. I’m glad to know that I just need to go somewhere else. This is definitely not how to build a business! When you have a loyal customer you keep doing whatever it takes to keep them happy as they are paying you!! I was definitely unwise enough to keep going as long as I felt good for a couple days!!

I found this business through Groupon. Unfortunately, I didn’t pay through Groupon and paid her directly, so I didn’t get their satisfaction guarantee. I received a hybrid set, which was not mink on a Thursday. By Friday morning 1/2 of the lashes had fallen out from just brushing them in a careful manner. By Saturday, they had mostly fallen out and I had about 5 stranglers left. I notified Ashley but she stated that 4 other people that she serviced on the same day, had no complaints, and didn’t offer to make it right for me. While I can appreciate 4 other people had a positive experience, I didn’t. I was sharing my experience with her and not anyone else’s. I’ve had lash extensions before, but this was the first time I experienced lashes falling off within a 2-3 day period. Such a waste of time and money. I was traveling, so I had to deal with how terrible my eyelashes looked during my vacation. I don’t recommend this service due to lack of empathy, customer service, and product.

I’ve used Ashley for a number of years for lash services (extensions and lifts depending on the time of year) and spray tans. I’ve always been extremely happy with my services. I’ve had lashes done by other people in the past, but have never received compliments like I do when she does them. She’s always honest with me about what my lashes can handle, even if it means me not seeing her in order for my lashes to heal. I really appreciate that. Highly recommend Ashley, you won’t be disappointed!
