You won’t feel like you’re going to a salon. You’ll feel like you went over your best friend’s house. You’re offered wine or coffee when you walk in, the lighting and decorations make a welcoming environment, and everyone is so friendly. The stylists are transparent about what can be done to your hair based on your goals, so you can have realistic expectations. Not to mention the products used are cruelty free and actually good for your hair! I’ve never been one to stick to 1 specific salon or stylist, but Hailey has been my stylist since Feb 2022, I’ve had 3 visits with her, and i won’t go to anyone else.

Literally why would you go anywhere else. The salon is clean and the decor is wonderfully nature inspired. Every stylist I spoke to was kind and warm. I booked with Laura, a hair Michelangelo, and my color came better than I could have ever dreamed! The products they use are gentle on the hair and leave it feeling silky and healthy. I saw everyone around me pleased with their stylists too. I received a facial as well with Will, who was so wonderful and eased my first time concerns. This place is fabulous, your wildest hair dreams come true!

Victoria was absolutely AMAZING! I’m not much of a talker with strangers but she made me feel so comfortable! And my hair??? Holy mother I hit the jackpot having Victoria as my stylist. She exceeded my expectations by a long shot! Already scheduled my next appointment with her and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Amazing first experience! Thank you Victoria!

Incredibly disappointed. I had an appointment booked and had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time for the hair stylist (Cassidy) to come up to the front and tell me that she was still with her previous client. I went on to wait another 15 minutes before she finally got around to washing my hair all while her other client still isn’t done. She then gives me the cheapest and most rushed hair cut I have ever received in my life. I’m not exaggerating when I say I could have done the exact same thing myself. Less than 5 minutes were spent on actually cutting my hair. She didn’t section it or trim my bangs. After the slipshod trimming she quickly blow drys my hair without adding any kind of heat protection or product, and leaves parts still wavy or not even completely dry. My hour long appointment was condensed into less than 20 minutes thanks to her sloppy work and poor time management. I ended up being charged 35 dollars for a haircut I wouldn’t value at more than 5 dollars. I came to this salon under the impression that I’d receive quality treatment and got anything but that. If you’re looking for high quality services and a professional stylist then I suggest that you look elsewhere.

Didn’t get the stylist I booked for my daughter. An they didn’t even say anything to me, like I wouldn’t notice. I picked who I picked for a reason. To me that’s rude. My three daughters and myself went. My stylist was good, and my oldest daughter didn’t get the stylist I booked either. Which resulted in the older child not liking her cut so much. Otherwise, it’s an okay salon. Polite workers and clean.

I went in for cut and highlights. I was hoping for dark highlights. Ended up getting dark all over color with blonde “bilog” I’m not sure what that is or if I spelled it right. What I was hoping to get fixed was my blonde that I had died my hair and wanted covered. This put the blonde higher. I think me and the stylist didn’t communicate very well.

For months I could not find anyone that would try to fix my hair. It was ruined at another Aveda salon that I won’t mention, but Laura at this location took on the challenge and achieved amazing results. I couldn’t believe she was able to lift the black color and get me back to my ginger hair (despite the months of white that had also grown in) in ONE session. Unbelievable. She achieved what others said couldn’t be done. Everyone there was incredibly helpful, including their operations manager who took the time to listen to my concerns and pair me with the right talent I needed for this unique situation. It meant a lot to me to have my hair back after months of frustration and I will be back despite the drive. It’s worth it.
