Just had the worst experience of my life. Not only did the owner and worker embarrass me in front of other people, they had the audacity to call me a liar. Went in to get a broken toenail fixed told them as soon as I walked in. Before the worker started doing ANY work on me, I specifically told her “I ONLY want you to fix my broken toenail” she STILL continued to proceed and give me a pedicure when I NEVER asked her for one. Once she was done, I told the worker and owner that she did not listen to me and gave me a service I clearly did not ask for. The owner still made me pay for the service even though it was at her misunderstanding and inconvenience. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOU HERE AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

Dont come here. Definitely do not recommend. I used to come here all the time for years. The price has gone up a lot and the quality has significantly gone down. It’s really sad. They don’t clean between costumers anymore & change prices on you like someone else said. The man painting my nails was doing a bad job, like a child would’ve done better, so I asked if someone else could do it and he got mad and caused a scene. Lost my business for sure. Critical: ProfessionalismI should have known what was going to happen when the nail tech wouldn’t give me her name….I had just concluded a successful meeting, so I wanted to get my nails done. I have my own gel polish and light that I like to use, so I just asked for a fill. It was after 7pm, and my normal place was closed. When I saw this place I decided to check it out. The lights were on, and the sign said open, on so I went in. The owner Mike told me it was going to be $30 for a fill no polish. I agreed, and she did a wonderful job. I was very happy, and asked her name. She said my name is “pretty girl.” I thought that was unusual, but I left it alone.When I went to pay she charged me $37. She gave me the paper to sign after I had already tipped her $6. Mike confirmed that it was $30, but he didn’t know I had my nails cut down. Again, grown out is not cut down length. “Pretty girl” tried to get him to say he said $35. They kept fighting me on it, so instead of making a scene I decided to let the community know that they are not honest. Take my experience for what it’s worth.
