I have never had anything but excellent service! The salon is amazing. I always leave refreshed and relaxed. I have had several different stylist help me and all have done an fantastic job. They obviously have very high standards when it comes to their stylist! I look forward to my next appointment (It is nice to be pampered once in a while!).

My family has been loyal customers for 10 years and my mom was a couple mins late for her app. and they canceled it and treated her worse then I’ve ever seen in my entire life! We drive 45 mins to this salon. Said they called her phone to see if she was still coming and she asked what number. Turned out being my dads number and my mom said he recently passed away and the managers response was Its not my problem your situation has changed! That’s the coldest most heartless thing someone could possibly say! Needless to say she left in tears and cried half of the day! I will never return here. I hope there business goes to hell for treating people like dirt.

This is the worst experience ever, my mom has been going here for over 10 years, and my father just recently past away 6 months ago, and we finally got her to book an appointment to try to have a good relaxing day, only for her to be treated worse then any establishment ever, they cancel her appointment because she was one minute late, and the manager Michelle garner was so rude and treated her worse then I have ever seen a business treat anyone, let alone a customer who has been going there for over 10 years! They said that they try to confirm the appointment by sending a text, and my mom asked what number, and it was to my dead father’s cell, and when my mother told them this, they said that it was not their problem, all over being 1 minute late, never once did they ever apologize, and I’ve never seen anyone as cold hearted or rude then this place, my sisters and mother will never return to this place, and would suggest everyone to look elsewhere, instead of giving your hard earned money to this cruel and awful establishment, I’ve had to now listen to my mother crying for the last 3 hours in bed over these people, and this was supposed to make her feel better, since it exactly one day before my parents 30 year anniversary, but instead these people had to make my mother’s day a living hell, thanks alot.
