Absolutely loved the salon and services I received there! From as soon as I walked in to when I sat down in the most comfortable chair I had a great experience. Carleigh makes it so comfortable and there’s never an awkward moment during the service between small talk and music playing. The hair products they use are top rated and the coloring(especially for my fellow blondes) is AMAZING. Highly recommend and will definitely continue going to honey hair salon for all my hair needs!

I cannot talk about the quality of hair styling as I unfortunately never had any services rendered here, but I can talk about the complete lack of professionalism at this salon.. I signed with Carleigh and paid a $250 deposit several months ago for my wedding, but never received a copy of the contract (my own fault, I should’ve asked for a copy). On the day my hair trial was supposed to take place, she canceled 2.5 hours prior due to a “funeral” taking place that day. No big deal, we can absolutely reschedule. From then on, she barely responded to me when I sent requests about rescheduling the trial. When she did respond almost a week later, she said that she had “been on vacation,” and asked what my availability was for the week. I sent her my availability and never heard back even though I messaged multiple times. I started to have a funny feeling and decided to talk to friend of mine who had her wedding hair done by Carleigh. I told her that I was having communication issues with her and asked if she had similar issues or if it was maybe just a bad time for her. My friend said, “Honestly, if I had to do it all over again, I would never have hired her for my wedding,” and then proceeds to tell me all of the issues she had during the planning process with Carleigh as well as issues she had during the day of including incredibly unprofessional behavior with the bridal party. So, after several weeks of complete lack of communication and a strong testimony from a friend, I have found a new hair stylist for my wedding and will not be using Carleigh anymore. Now, she will not give me my deposit back for cancelling because the contract I signed, but don’t have a copy of, states that it’s a nonrefundable deposit. So, always be careful who you book and always ask for a signed copy of any contract you sign.

Tarah did such a beautiful job! I wanted a subtle angle bob and got exactly what I wanted Cute little studio! Also I asked about donating hair and she made it possible. So glad I did!
