Jessica started my appointment right on time, she answered all my questions, she explained the best options to get the results I wanted, and she even suggested a way to get it done without spending a ton of money. Her attitude was that it’s not a matter of IF, but only a matter of WHEN she would achieve the desired results – that made me feel more comfortable, as it was my first time seeing her. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and also super sweet. It’s been years since I was this happy with my hair color. The salon, other stylists there, and the whole atmosphere are very nice, too. Thanks again girls!
