this was my first time ever going to get my hair done, and it was the best experience. i went to tiffany and she was so nice and understanding of what i wanted . she did my hair better than what i asked for ! this place is amazing and the workers are so nice, nothing felt rushed . loved it here, recommend it and definitely coming back! Critical: ProfessionalismNot professional at all. I wanted to get my hair colored more naturally to let the grays grow in, and a better shape of layers. After a 1 week the color went out, the color is now blonde, not grey like my hair WAS, Yikes.. I called to see if I could get it fixed, I got chastised and promised to get in the next day to fix it, never happened. I guess I learned a 175.00 lesson. Not happy at all. Not professional at all. Not professional at all. I wanted to get my hair colored more naturally to let the grays grow in, and a better shape of layers. After a 1 week the color went out, the color is now blonde, not grey like my hair WAS, Yikes.. I went to Wild Hair Company a while back and it was the first time I’ve ever got my hair done at a salon ! I was scared it wouldn’t come out right . I walked in and just the set up & the politeness from everyone there was incredible! I went to Gina & she did so amazing on my hair !
