Between Tammy and Amilia, I have never had such personable service and I refuse to go anywhere else, even after moving 30 minutes away. I always get my hair colored and they are efficient and thorough. It’s easy to do a bad job with my hair as it is so thick, but they are so precise and my hair always looks stunning. They’re also so professional and kind. I can’t say enough about how incredible they are.

Had appointment with Amelia. She seemed to have overbooked and was very hurried. She sat me at the sink and went into a side room and ate a whole fast-food cheeseburger right in front of me while I waited. She was a little rough while she hurriedly washed my hair. She didn’t speak to me during my cut. She quickly rang me up and walked away leaving me to fill out the receipt. I am happy with the cut, but won’t be going back. I prefer a little customer service and not feel I am in a faceless production line.

Not very professional. The owner Amelia wayy overlooks herself and hour after appointment time and she has not even touched my daughters hair. She cusses like a sailor with kids If she would learn to keep her mouth shut she might be able to keep her appointment time. She cares more about the money then she does her customers. That very obvious. Even an hour late for appointment she is still taking walk ins. I’m appalled by her behavior and unprofessionalism.

Came in to go honey blonde, ended up having bleach on my head for 50 minutes total the first go around, then was rinsed and got another layer of bleach to get out old fashion color. The first thing you should never do is get bleached TWICE in one sitting, i knew something was off but i dont stand up for myself well so i wanted to trust my stylist (amanda goldman). This ended with me getting chemical burns on my scalp, as well as my hair becoming EXTREMELY damaged. Each strand is like bubble gum, it is extremely elastic and tore up. Both the stylist and owner (amelia) used many excuses for the poor job. The overall reaction was extremely unprofessional, and still required us to pay full price. When we confronted the owner she completely blew us off, when shown the medical records of the chemical burns she walked away and didn’t pay any attention to it. Amelia hides behind the fact the stylists are “independent contractors” in order to deflect any complaints. She is the owner, ultimately she has to take accountability for her workers poor hair job. Of which she refuses to do. I went here once for a haircut, i wanted a layered mullet, got the cut done by Amelia and ended up with a horrible bob. I wanted to give them another chance, maybe they’re bad at cuts and good at color, Nope. Do not waste your time or money here, find a better place and save your scalp from medical bills.

It’s the cutest little salon in Sheperdsville. It has a boutique in it too, she sells cloths. The stylist are super sweet ladies, and all do great jobs on their clients. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone, they do hair, brows, lashes.
