I called and asked if there were any late afternoon openings as I had other business in Ruch. She had said between 3 and 3:15 would work. I live in my tiny RV and only drive once a week due to having to put everything away. I arrived only to be met with “I tried to call you, (10 minutes ago is what.my phone showed) I dont think I can get you right now”. She asked of I had anything else to do. I said yes and asked what time to return. She hummed and hawwed and after I asked if 30 minutes was enough or an hour, she finally said she would have to make it another day. To.come back in 2 days. This shop is out in the country. 10 miles (about 18 minutes) from me. I packed up my RV so I could be mobile. I had called for an appointment. Poor customer service. I wont return.
