I had my haircut here last year and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I am an introvert who usually prefers not over talking but she didn’t even talk to me 98 percent of the time since she was in a conversation with her co worker. I asked for curtain bangs and did not get it, at all. After the second time of trying to get her to fix it, I gave up. I even mentioned that I was thinking about coloring my hair soon, she didn’t even acknowledge it. I left and got my haircut at my normal salon 2 weeks later. I was hoping to like this salon since it’s just down the street, but was left disappointed.

I had been using the same girl for over 6 years when we moved to ofallon. I was stressing about trying someone new out but Nikki eased it all! She is super friendly and works with you to make sure everything you picture comes out in the end. Even under some added pressure she works efficiently and still makes time to make you feel special. I can’t express how thankful I am to have found her at this salon and I plan on coming to her for a long long time. If there was a 6 star option she would get 10! Keep it up girl, you’re doing amazing!

Nikki is AWESOME. I haven’t had my hair done in forever because we moved and I didn’t know where to go in our new area, but she was recommended and I couldn’t be happier. I gave her basically no instructions other than “HELP!!!” (which, come to think of it, is probably pretty intimidating – she handled it so well though), and I left feeling a million times better than I did when I came in. She asked great questions and did an incredible job. I enjoyed talking to her too – she is the sweetest! Looking forward to coming back, and would recommend her to anyone (my hair is naturally curly and that’s hard to work with sometimes, so if you are a curly girl and need someone to do your hair, she’s great!). I didn’t get a chance to meet anyone else at the salon but it’s super cute and clean. 10/10.
