Crystal went above and beyond my expectations for a simple blonde highlight. My hair had grown out quite a bit with a mousy brown natural color. I had low expectations from prior experiences with other salons, that it would be “a process”. She did such an excellent job giving me a beautiful and blended blonde highlight the first time around. I appreciate her knowledge and expertise. My four year old was with me as well, and Crystal and Scott were incredibly understanding. Not once did I feel as though she was a burden, but definitely welcomed. She even got to experience a little bit of farm life, which made her smile! Thank you for bringing your salon to Josephine!
