After having excruciating neck and back pain related to muscle spasms from a car accident the week prior, I came to see Kat for a massage. I’ve had massages before at the Pinehurst Spa and a few other places. Kat knows what she’s doing. She focused on the problem areas and spent her time kneading and massaging. I woke up this morning and feel AMAZING. I will definitely be returning to Kat in the future (although hopefully next time it’ll be purely for relaxation)
