Beware! Find another salon! Run fast! If I could give no stars I would! I should have read these reviews before I patronized this place. I came to Who’s Next Now specifically for Micro Loc. I brought my 6yr old daughter in to be serviced by Ziggie (Ashlee Sims), her scam of a business is called Lavish Loczs. I paid my $50 deposit, and she was supposed to start the first half of my child’s service on Friday 8/19/22 but backed out for some reason which I understood. The second half was Supposed to be done on Saturday night 8/20/22. Now this pushes us back to Saturday night and now Sunday night because she couldn’t make it on Friday. Saturday night went as planned she finished the back half of my daughters hair in four hours then on Sunday night she starts the front of my child’s hair and after I paid my balance she put my mother and my six-year-old out on the street at 11:00 PM!!! Turns the alarm on, locks the door and leaves for a so called emergency saying she would be back in 15 minutes. They waited for an hour and a half for her to return, because my daughter wanted her hair finished. (Good thing I’m a super mom & Finished it myself) THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS! AND SHE NEVER FINISHED MY CHILDS HAIR! NO CALL, OR TEXT, NO NOTHING. JESUS IS GONNA GET YOUUUUUUUUU!

I came in here to day with a huge knot just nappy nappy I didn’t get the lady’s name but this place was amazing I feel like a new women and they were family friendly is was a amazing experience I will continue to only use this place I recommend this place all I can say is just wow the lady had done hair for 30 years I feel amazing I hope she sees this thank you so much..I paid $75 and I would pay it again well worth it

Horrible Experience! Find another salon! Did not complete my daughters Micro locs and offered a refund but did not issue one to me! BEWARE, FIND ANOTHER SALON, RUN FAST! If I could give zero stars I would I should’ve read the reviews before I patronize this location. I came to who’s next now specifically for micro locs. I brought my six-year-old daughter to be serviced by Ziggy (Ashley) her scam of a business is called lavish locks. The second half was supposed to be done on Saturday night August 20, 2022. Now this pushes us back to Saturday and Sunday night because this was a two part service and she cancelled on Friday. I was heading off to bed but I decided to pay my balance IN FULL before I went to sleep even though she had not finished. I woke up to find out that she put my mother and my six-year-old daughter out on the street at 11:00 PM turned the alarm on lock the doors and leaves for a so-called emergency saying that she would be back in 15 minutes. My daughter was crying adamant about not leaving because she wanted her hair finished. They waited for an hour and a half for her to return and she did not. (Good thing I’m a super mom I finished it myself) THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS! She also stated that she would give me a refund because of the inconvenience, and that was a lie! No call, no text, no refund, no nothing! JESUS IS STILL GONNA GET YOUUUUUUUUUU!

The worst experience of my life. I wanted a taper cut with finger coils and came out with a fade with dried up coils with a sponge.I was charged$100. The barber didn’t explain why she/he faded me until she/he was done. Communicating that the desired style was not upon their approval would’ve been better than a big surprise at the end. Whose Next…..not me ever again. Now I’m stuck looking like a stud until this mess grows out.
