For me, . A barber’s initial cut determines if I have to remain alert and supervise or can I take this rate time and disconnect. Within seconds my eyes were closed as I knew Steven G was a seasoned pro. His 16 years experience is reflected in the cut but his commitment to customer service represents talent that cannot be taught. I left 45 minutes later with gratitude for a professional cut but also for the mental reset provided while he worked.

Went here when I first moved to Lancaster and asked them for a low fade. They didn’t know what a low fade was and had my back turned to the mirror the whole cut while the barber proceeded to give me a high fade comb over. I could tell he was a student and I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt since he was such a nice guy. Eventually he turns me around so I can look in the mirror and I was disappointed in the cut, but I was flexible and asked him just give me a buzz-cut because I’m not a fan of having a mop of hair on the top of my head while my sides are basically down to the skin. The manager had the nerve to tell me that a fade all the way up to the top of my scalp was a low fade and said if I wanted to cut off the rest of my hair then he would have to charge me for 2 haircuts. The fade was also trash and you can clearly see the line between the 0 and the 1. Ended up going to Final Fade Barbershop and they fixed me up to the best of their ability. This place has terrible service, but I’m a passive dude so I paid and just decided I will never come back. For any of the barbers in the establishment reading this review I have attached a picture of what a REAL low fade looks like so please don’t try to lie to me and make me feel stupid when you clearly didn’t know what a low fade was.
