I have been having back pain since 2016-2017. I have a job that I do lots of bending and lifting so in order for me not to hurt, I’ve gotten deep tissue massages monthly since 2018. I went to Jennifer after reading up on her different techniques. I booked online but put in the comments I wasn’t sure what service I needed. Upon arrival she asked me several questions then wound up customizing a massage to fit my needs. After just one session, my back is now at 3 almost 4 weeks out with the pain not returning as of yet. Part of her session was the CranioSacral Therapy where she placed my spine and hip back into place by gently feeling and moving. I left that day thinking I just spent money on something that wouldn’t work to finally not feeling constant pain in my lower back. The massage was so relaxing it will become a regular to make sure I stay “whole body” in tune.

I don’t know exactly how to describe the massage other than it was evident that Jennifer knew what she was doing, she identified some issues I was having, and she provided recommendations for how I could feel better at home by doing certain stretches and exercises. I recently had a massage from Jennifer when I was in town. Turns out she’s the owner. The office was clean and the staff was very friendly, as always. I don’t know exactly how to describe the massage other than it was evident that Jennifer knew what she was doing, she identified some issues I was having, and she provided recommendations for how I could feel better at home by doing certain stretches and exercises.
