I received a $100 gift card to Wholeistic Esthetics, which I used to buy products rather than services because of my own preferences regarding these types of services. I purchased the Aloe Cucumber Eye Gel and the Lip Hydrator, both from Sorella, which came to just shy of $100. First, I would like to say that this purchase was easily made from their website and picking them up was contactless and simple. The shop in Martinsburg is very cute. However, both of these products did not meet my expectations at the price point and in general. Both were extremely drying and irritating. I had to wash off the eye gel because it burned my skin and eyes. Also, the tip inside the cap broke and product squirted out when I was trying to get the cap off. I used the lip hydrator today — my lips are scaly and feel chapped. It feels like they’re windburned. Again, I cannot speak to the services provided, but I cannot recommend these products to anyone. I would be really upset if I had paid for these because they’re going in the trash.
