I looked up lymphatic massage and what I should expect. I contacted her prior to my surgery in the US. Her methods and my surgeon’s were one in the same. As a nurse I knew the recovery process and need for post op care. Joy is so delightful to work with. I am still seeing her and will continue to until we decide that post op care is done. She is full of knowledge and is very supportive. I couldn’t have found a better fit. I am lucky to be one of her few clients. I will always see her after any surgery in the future. I have been getting massages for about 20 years. Whole Body Therapeutics is the best I’ve ever experienced! Joy is perfectly named: she IS a joy! She is also an amazing masseuse! I have had several massages from her, as well as a fantastic deep tissue massage from Dominique, and an outstanding deep tissue/sports type massage from Chaz that transformed my muscles! He found knots in my hamstrings I didn’t know were there! The pricing is outstanding and I will be a client for life! While you’re there, also talk to Claudette about acupuncture! She is also helping me with a problem in my neck.

My husband and I started seeing Joy and her staff a few months ago and we’ve been so pleased with every massage we’ve received! I was pregnant when we first went to Joy and she gave me several wonderful prenatal massages before my baby was born. The massages helped eased the aches and stress of pregnancy tremendously and I can’t wait to go back for a postnatal massage. Joy always provides us with sound advice regarding our issues, from sports injuries to a stiff back. Joy is professional and personable. As a frequent patron of Whole Body Therapeutics (for yoga classes, massages, and acupuncture), I can’t overstate how impressed I am with this business. Joy has managed to stop a week-long migraine dead in its tracks for me on multiple occasions with massage. I’ve also noticed a marked improvement in my flexibility after attending yoga classes with her, and acupuncture with Claudette has successfully relieved stubborn tension in my neck. I always feel a greater sense of well-being following my various sessions. I will continue to come here for as long as I live in the area.
