I brought my 16 year old daughter to see Michael and get her hair highlighted and cut. Michael was very patient with my daughter as she was nervous trying to explain her vision. Once he was confident he could get her to where she wanted to be, he continued to communicate and that helped her relax. He did a brilliant job blending the highlights and making them look natural. She left the salon feeling energized and beautiful. Michael now has two new clients as he will be doing my hair next.

Let me start off by saying the whole staff and salon is wonderful. From the front desk greeting you to all of the stylists on their team creating hair magic! I have had so many terrific services there it’s hard to pick just one. I recently went in for a haircut with Sam who always gives a top tier experience. From the moment you step in the door she is welcoming with such bright and warm energy. She offered me a glass of champagne, which after a long day at work felt like she read my mind. Her scalp massage can only be described as either magical or heavenly! Not only his her service fantastic but her conversation as well as her attention to detail are unmatched. Last but not least the blowout at the end of the service leaves me looking and feeling like a bombshell. Sam is a true gem and I’m so happy to have had a haircut with her. I don’t picture myself going anywhere but Whole for all of my salon needs ❤️

Booked hair appointment by phone and told no extra credit card services, etc would be added. Cut would be a straight $75.00. Charged a $2:00 “recycle” fee! Informed front desk that cost as I was told would be $75.00 not $77.00. Cut was good so I would not undercut hairdressers’s tip, but front desk did not rectify extra charge. I will not be back!
