I went to this salon and Sarah did my extensions. I only had about 15 beaded ones put in. One fell out of my head two days later, so I went back to the salon and she put that one back in and trimmed my extensions again because they weren’t laying right.

My first visit was superb! Amazing service but after that whenever I go for my stylist she is so busy even at my scheduled time she always have other clients that she has to handle it and she ruined my scheduled hours. I have my scheduled slot. They did 3 times which is unacceptable. We are busy in our schedule too. Totally disappointed.

Idk who gave this place 2 starts but it’s such a modern looking and clean salon. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth. I saw Sallie who cut my hair and turn my mullet into a strong, feminine 360 undercut. Buzzed my hair with a great fade and blew out my wavy locks to perfection. Highly recommend!

My hair came out beautifully but the professionalism from this place is subpar. Apparently the hair colorists there make their own prices as they go without upfront notice. I was under the impression that my hair would cost about $150 based on previously going there before. Ive been going there for years and have even had the owner do my hair. I was getting foil highlights, and a base color. My hair is chin length. I asked the receptionist if she could kindly give me the price of what my hair would cost so that by the time i was done i could move money around to make sure i had enough and to make sure i could give an appropriate tip. She didnt want to take the time to ask the woman doing my hair what she felt like charging me so she told me i had to wait until the end. Finally at the end i was smacked with a bill of over $300. As much as i love the job she did i felt it was absolutely unfair and unprofessional. I would never go there again because im sure they would charge me something different each time.

In serious like with this salon. Love the decor, laid back atmosphere and the staff. They’re super sweet and attentive. My colorist Michelle is the best!! Saved me from a color nightmare and helped correct it and get me where I wanted to be with my color.
