I requested one thing….I wanted to keep my length…I had very long gorgeous hair and it was the one thing that I was extremely proud of…..now it is literally all gone. I explained that I had a traumatic experience with a haircut 8+ years ago, where my hair was cut exactly how I didn’t want it cut. I was told that it wasn’t going to happen this time and this experience was even worse than the last time I got my hair cut. I had HALF of my length cut off. I can’t even put my hair up now it’s so short. So thank you to this salon for 1) absolutely ruining my haircutting experience for the last time and 2) completely ruining my trust in all stylists everywhere. A little advice to this owner…. maybe you want to hold a meeting with your employees and explain to them that either 1) LISTEN to their client, especially ones with extremely long hair or 2) if their not comfortable with the length scheuled to work with, SAY NO

I love Whizbang. I have been going to them for about 24 years and even though I strayed away and tried other places a few times when I didn’t live in Waterford I have always gone back! Cassie always does an amazing job, she’s friendly and is always learned new and innovative ways to color and cut. The owner, Rebecca, is also from our small town and she supports other local businesses and events. She is also always encouraging her staff to take classes and learn about new techniques and products. Her salon is clean and her staff has been with her for a long time. As a business owner myself, that speaks volumes! Hands down the best salon around.
