She is very knowledgeable about what she was doing and made me very comfortable throughout the procedure! She has a great personality and was fun to talk to and the atmosphere was very comfortable! Whitney is very fun and personable and has a way of making you feel very much at ease. I believe that she truly cares about doing a good job and making you happy. I give Whitney 4 stars because, as this was my 3rd time getting a Brazilian wax, this was the 1st time anyone had left stubble behind rather than hair that had been brought to the surface. Also she did not wax my upper thigh/ bikini area which I did not notice until I got home. I was waxed the day before yesterday and there is much stubble and small red bumps, and irritation which i did not experience even after my time waxing.Also in my previous 2 experiences No one had ever gotten wax on my clitoris before. Also Much wax had been left behind causing my clothing to stick to me uncomfortably.Whitney gave me a good price, and I believe she cares, so I would go back, but I would point these things out to her.

This was my first time ever doing manscaping for hair removal from the waist below. I was a bit nervous but from the beginning Whitney made this and enjoyable experience. Of course they were going to be some points of discomfort but she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process. She was very thorough she insured her job was very well done and she walked me through every step to let me know what she was doing. At the end she even introduced me to products that will help me keep and maintain her excellent work. I cannot wait to come back again because with that in mind I know that I will be in great hands thank you again.

This morning to be exact I had my first ever waxing experience. It was my very first time and I turned 25 last week so I wanted to be a “adult” I was very nervous, timid and shaky. I booked a appointment with Whitney and she called to tell me details for the next day not even two hours later (very punctual). She was very sweet and calming on the phone call but since it was my first time I was still nervous when I got there. She won’t ask you about your personal life but she will ask questions for best results. But when I got in there this morning I was 15 minutes early (traffic was a monster) but ofcourse she was right on time (if you early you on time and if you on time you late). But she was so welcoming and my experience went something better than expected. Whitney explained each step to me before she did them because I’m again a newbie to this. She was very gentle and the first two strips gave me hell but she made sure to soothe the area and talk me out thru it all. My first reaction was priceless but we forgot to record be cause Whitney puts your comfort and customer service first. Whitney also discussed my vaginal skin healthy with me so that I can get better results including but not limited too exfoliating and hydration (including how often). My boyfriend didn’t know I was getting waxed today but once he found out and seen the results he can’t keep his hands off me and keep counting down the hours till pores close. If you are terrified like me, Whitney will definitely put you at ease she is truly a sweetheart. And she don’t know it yet but she stuck with me for life.
