I was having a specific area of my back that was bothering me, so she spent a lot of time working that area and it was absolutely amazing. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after! I love everything about Whitefish Wellness. My daughter has been seeing Brian for acupuncture and he has been great. Takes a special person to make a 15 year old like needles! Her treatments have been helping her so much and she actually looks forward to them. Kia is an incredible and knowledgeable massage therapist. I had a fantastic experience during my first massage with Kaia. It’s so refreshing to have a massage therapist who truly takes into account the body as a WHOLE, and doesn’t just focus on where the pain is – she has an excellent understanding of how things connect in the body and how to get to the root cause. I had a 60 minute massage and some cranio-sacral work and I about fell asleep on the table! Relaxing and effective!! Grateful to have Kaia as a resource here locally to refer my patients to on the regular.

Kaia does a great job at Whitefish wellness. I have received a few massages and a cupping session from Kaia. Every massage was slightly different depending on where my pain and tightness was that particular day. She truly listens and customizes the massage to your needs. Have been seeing Kaia for a few years now and it is always worth the visit. Her knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology is proficient and is the basis for the therapeutic benefits that she offers. Kaia and the team at Whitefish Wellness excel in making you feel better. I had neck surgery two years ago to repair a fragmented disc, and after many months of physical therapy and follow up appointments, I still suffer from chronic muscle and neck pain, which is often severe and debilitating. After an hour and a half on the table at WW, I feel better for weeks.

Kaia with Whitefish Wellness is just amazing! Kaia and I have been working together to resolve some long standing physical problems resulting from work-related injuries and past accidents, and I have found that Kaia is both very knowledgeable and has an excellent touch/method. Additionally, she offers a wide range of techniques to help better address whatever is going on in the body that day. Healing is not a straight line, and Kaia is so good at working with the changing needs of a healing body. Of note… I have dealt with severe insomnia for the majority of my adulthood, and with the cranio-sacral therapy work that Kaia has used, I have been sleeping much better (typically more than 6 hours / night) and after my most recent cranio-sacral treatment, I actually slept solid 9 hours of a deep, restorative sleep! Amazing!! Kaia is a fantastic massage therapist, and a wonderful and warm person, and I am grateful for her expertise!
