Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went for a paint change, and a simple design. I informed them it was for my wedding. The person who did my nails filed them down so far they are now brittle. The application was sloppy. Absolutely unprofessional when I told them I wasn’t happy with it. I ended up going somewhere else to fix their work. The person who did my nails was wearing his mask around his chin the entire time even though there is the mandate. Oh and the best part is they charged my card twice. I went for a paint change, and a simple design. I informed them it was for my wedding. The person who did my nails filed them down so far they are now brittle. The application was sloppy. Absolutely unprofessional when I told them I wasn’t happy with it. I ended up going somewhere else to fix their work. The person who did my nails was wearing his mask around his chin the entire time even though there is the mandate. Oh and the best part is they charged my card twice. I will never go back to that place. Don’t go there.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in for a full acrylic set. I said i wanted almond and I was given round. They cut me multiple times on the cuticle, and the acrylic is bumby and poorly shaped. The paint was horribly done, I am able to see my real nail through the polish. The man who was doing my nails was throwing a tantrum while messing up and throwing his glasses everywhere, they were harsh on the nails, disinterested, and seemed to not care. A full set was $55 and I was only offered $5 off. I want them off and it’s only been an hour since I’ve had them, I’m already making an appointment for somewhere else. Immediately the owner started insisting we go from the basic of $35 to the next option for $50. After saying no a few times I did the $50 so he would leave me alone about it. During my pedi he kept leaving me to answer the phone talk to walk ins etc. i barely got the hot rocks rubbed in my legs. Then he Started telling me COVID is fake and will go away after Nov. 2020. I know some people believe this but he is offering a service and should keep his personal opinions to himself. When it was clear I do not think it is fake he abruptly stopped my pedi told me I was done and did not even buff my toes. In addition my daughter’s mani chipped in two days.
