My gf got a massage from this place and she described her experience as one of the best massages ever. So obviously, she booked one session for me as a gift and got herself another session.After multiple instances of rescheduling, my gf finally went in for her massage on time. She knocked on the door and no one answered. She waited 45 minutes for someone let her in the office. She called the office and no one answered. Finally, she got a response a WEEK later saying that it was an issue with scheduling.I just went in for my appointment today. I had to get approval from my manager to leave early to make it on time for my session. Same situation. No one answered the door. I waited for 20 minutes. I knocked one more time and decided to leave.We are both very disappointed and we will be demanding a refund. I remember coming home that day to my boyfriend just RAVING about how awesome it was and how I had never met another massage therapist as medically knowledgeable and actually good at their job as myself. I am a massage therapist myself and got a massage by the women last year after purchasing a Groupon.. BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD. I’ve been thinking about it ever since! I remember coming home that day to my boyfriend just RAVING about how awesome it was and how I had never met another massage therapist as medically knowledgeable and actually good at their job as myself. I feel bad someone gave her a 1star review because of an unfortunate mistake through a third party.

I had called once or twice prior and no one ever answered so I placed an appointment online like the website suggested. I had a 90 minute massage with a 20 minute foot scrub. My appt was for 11am today and I arrived 5 min early. No one was there. The door to the suite was locked and nobody answered the door when I knocked. I waited a few minutes and then called the number on a business card out front. No answer, left a message. I called the phone number on her business page (different number), called, no answer. Left a message. Then I also texted the phone number (just in case) that sent me the reminder for my appointment today. No answer. It is now 7pm and I have not heard back from this woman at all. She just never showed up for the appointment or bothered to even call me before I drove 30 minutes out of the way. Took video proof and thus Groupon refunded my money but then I was unable to leave a review stating that this occured. Of course after the fact, I found that I am not the first person she has done this to, but has done it to three others (Found these reviews on trip advisor). I purchased a groupon for this company and placed an appointment. I had called once or twice prior and no one ever answered so I placed an appointment online like the website suggested.
