I came here a year ago and only grew then a good review cause the women were nice. This time I walked in after calling and they didn’t even look up or care to welcome ne. Finally one woman called on another who was on the phone watching videos. And although I explained my problem over the phone (three broken nails) they did not help me. So I left.

Positive: CleanlinessBringing my girlfriend to the nail salon is always a chore. However this time the experience was great. Typically nail salons have an odd small, however this one was super clean and actually smelled great. The staff were super nice and took care of all my girlfriends request. This was one of the first times I actually didn’t mind waiting at the nail salon since it was super clean. They all wore mask and adhered to COVID protocols which is very important to my girlfriend and myself. Was happy to pay at the end of the session. Bringing my girlfriend to the nail salon is always a chore. However this time the experience was great. Typically nail salons have an odd small, however this one was super clean and actually smelled great. The staff were super nice and took care of all my girlfriends request. This was one of the first times I actually didn’t mind waiting at the nail salon since it was super clean. They all wore mask and adhered to COVID protocols which is very important to my girlfriend and myself. Was happy to pay at the end of the session. The job was not clean and good… acrílic was by all my daughtet fingers… Also nails where not even and bigger than her nails base…. Ashlee the manicurist did not clean her cuticles, she only put the acrylics in the same condition as my daughter’s hands arrived to the salon, it was not an optimal job, I was waiting for them to do an impeccable manicure so that the work would look optimal. … The manicurist indicated that this was not usually done, which is not true, a bad job because it is a girl is completely unacceptable, we came to this site for the reviews …. unfortunate

Critical: QualityI was impressed at first since they took me in so quickly and were very kind but they did my acrylic fills and they were simply (no exaggeration) the worst nails i have ever received from a nail salon. They were nice people but I left with super thick and lumpy acrylics, polish all over my fingers as well as the acrylic itself and several cuts around my cuticles. I was impressed at first since they took me in so quickly and were very kind but they did my acrylic fills and they were simply (no exaggeration) the worst nails i have ever received from a nail salon. They were nice people but I left with super thick and lumpy acrylics, polish all over my fingers as well as the acrylic itself and several cuts around my cuticles. Fantastic people, service, and timing!! Even though I was a walk in, they held true to their word and were able to squeeze my last minute appointment. Great people cause they made you feel welcomed and comfortable. Timing was impeccable; I’ve been in other salons where I last 4 hours (the least). However this place found is a gem in Weston due to its timing, people and pricing! Jackie was very professional, kind and fast paced with great quality. Very much recommend it, I shall be back to this place.

The salon was clean and neat. I felt right at home. The nail technicians did an amazing job on my toes and nails. I recently started getting the dip powder over my real nails and it turned out perfect compared to the other salon that I visited. The nail tech listened and she went above and beyond my expectations. They had a wide variety of nail colors to choose from. I could hardly pick which one because they are all so gorgeous. They took me right away and Giovanna did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time and my manicure lasted two weeks no chips (could’ve kept longer but I wanted a change in color). The staff were all really nice and welcoming. The environment and vibe was really calm and relaxing. Most importantly, safe and sanitized.
