Extremely friendly and professional customer service. The lady at the reception was kind and polite and made me feel comfortable. The place is immaculately clean and the ambiance is calming and relaxing. The laser itself was not painful at all and Pessy was amazing, talking me through the whole process and making everything super comfortable. Highly recommended.
