Holy Moly!! I have had two massages and a pedicure at White Lotus. None of which disappointed!! Everyone is so friendly and genuinely caring! My massage with Allison was next level amazing!!! My pedicure with Mi was impeccable! I am only here in Medford for a short time but White Lotus will be my go to for all things relaxation and rejuvenation!! I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I get there, it starts about 15 minutes late (not because of me and I didn’t get that 15 minutes back at the end, even though they said I would, so I got 75 minutes for the price of 90). I verified it was deep tissue at the beginning, she says yes. But then I kept asking the masseuse to go harder, she said yes but wouldnt. At the end, I complained to the cashier that I didn’t get a full 90 minutes and that I booked a deep tissue massage and I verified with the person I was booking that it was deep tissue, then I verified with a different cashier when I checked in it was deep tissue, and then I verified with the masseuse, and everybody said yes you have a deep tissue. When I paid the gal was like “oh no, it says right here that you get a Swedish massage” and I said “well I don’t want to pay for Swedish when I specifically asked for deep tissue not once, not twice but 3 times. You guys are charging me for 90 minutes when I got 75 minutes and you’re charging me for something I didn’t even book or enjoy.” She did not even apologize, she did not offer her condolences, she did not offer me a discount, she offered me literally nothing but a rude smirk and then charged me the full price. It is the first time in my entire life, and I’ve been getting massages for over 20 years and I get them between 2 and 6 times a month, that I have never ever left a tip. And I will never ever return and I will never ever have anything good to say about this business, or the people who run it, or the people who work there. I work in sales and expect good service and this was easily the worst spa and spa experience I’ve had in any state, ever.

My friend and I had a spa day today to celebrate my retirement and her birthday. The entire experience was excellent in every way. The staff were all gracious, professional, and welcoming. Allison gave me a foot soak and leg massage followed by a 60 minute massage. It was pure bliss. We also enjoyed the infrared sauna and delicious mamosas. Last but not least Mi gave me a wonderful manicure. The flowers and lovely details made it seem very luxurious and special. Thumbs up to White lotus and the wonderful staff.

OMG. How an awesome place to go for a deep massage. My wife and I went as couples as it was our 25th anniversary and neither one of us had ever had one. Daniel really hits te deep parts of my neck that I hadn’t even realized was stiff. Vanessa did the same on my wife. We will definitely be back again.

This is a beautiful spa, everyone treats you with so much respect and really pays attention to your wants/needs. The owner greeted me with a mimosa when I came in, she definitely gets an A+ in hospitality. My favorite part was my facial treatment, the aesthetician who worked with me was so extremely kind, professional and she did a great job!
