This is a good spot for nails. When my favorite nail person went into early retirement i was forced to find a new spot. So far I have liked every set they have done for me as well as my pedicures. Wish they had more design options but overall a good place. You don’t get the same tech each visit which can kind of suck but so far I haven’t had any bad experiences.

I had gone to this salon a couple times and it had been a great experience. However this time, I left speechless. I am graduating and thought it would be nice to get my nails done. I made an appointment online with my preferred nail tech. When I arrived, I was told that the nail tech was out on vacation and that anyone could do my nails. I was hesitant but stayed because of previous experiences. My appointment was at 11:30am, but I was not helped until 12pm. As I waited, the front desk person asked what I would like done (dip powder French tip with brown). She told me it couldn’t be done but suggested to do ombré—which I agreed. When the nail tech sat, he asked very rudely what I wanted. When I explained, he said that neither the French tip or the ombré would work because it wouldn’t go with my skin. I therefore agreed to a normal French tip. After some time, he began to draw the white tip. When I asked him to make the white slimmer, he responded with ‘No because your fingers are too chubby it doesn’t work’. I was so shocked I didn’t respond. He continued to work on my left hand until about 40 minutes later and then said ‘I am done trying, someone else will finish your nails’. He attempted to clean off his work off my nails, packed up and left. Another tech came and quickly finished, my nails are uneven. I was too embarrassed and didn’t know what to say, so I paid and left. I am very frustrated, disappointed that I wasted my money in this business.

I can’t say enough good things about white heaven nail spa and my favorite technician Michelle. I’ve gone to so many other places, but there’s a reason this place is always busy-because they’re so good! The spa is clean, well run has fabulous technicians (I also love Kim) and we’ll priced. My gel dip nails last forever and I’m in and out in 60 min or less including removal of my old set. They’re so gentle too!

Awful customer service and entitlement complex. The manager is rude and nasty. I had an appointment with a specific tech and after waiting 10 minutes past my appointment time, I finally asked what was going on. The manager quickly assigned me to another technician and I said to her that I requested another technician and my appointment was 10 minutes ago. I explained to her that an apology and acknowledgment would’ve gone a long way and that I would have appreciated if she asked me if another tech was ok. She abruptly interrupted me and said we’re only five minutes late and don’t you see we have all these people in here? Outraged, I walked out and I will not return. I say that they have an entitlement complex because the receptionist always ask how would you like to give the technician a tip. But the appropriate question is, would you like to give your technician a tip…. tips are voluntary after all.

There are a lot of nail technicians and the service is quick (which I appreciate).My only real complaint is about how my gel nails crack and get chipped so fast. Other than this, I like the salon.
