I LOVE Kyle! I have nothing but good things to say about him. For starters, he is such a sweet human. It’s so nice being able to chit chat like best friends with the person who is beautifying me! Ninay Arellano cut my daughter’s hair last week. Everyone at her school fell in love with her long layers. My other daughter has refused to cut her hair for three years. Now that she has seen her sister’s hair she asked for a cut and style too. We are so glad to have finally found someone who can cut our entire family’s hair. The perfect hairstyle three times in one week. Thank you Ninay. You are truly a gem. If you are looking for a stylist who listens, Ninay is the one!

As soon as I walked I was greeted and asked if I wanted a beverage. I waited less than 5 minutes fo my hairstylist Fabian. He did a wonderful job cutting my hair that was about more than halfway down my back to my shoulders. I didn’t want to do anything too crazy with the dye so he recommended a non-bleach balayage. He was very sweet and made sure I was always comfortable with everything. The recommended products to keep my hair from frizzing and even styled it after he was done. I will definitely be coming back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey absolutely WRECKED the color of my sister’s hair. She came home crying. Attached below are the images of her hair and the reference image she showed the stylist. The stylist did not show her a color swatch either after explicitly telling my sister she understood the color and look she wanted. The stylist died her hair a light copper although my sister clearly wanted a brown. 300 bucks down the drain. Avoid at all costs. Do NOT recommend. They absolutely WRECKED the color of my sister’s hair. She came home crying. Attached below are the images of her hair and the reference image she showed the stylist. The stylist did not show her a color swatch either after explicitly telling my sister she understood the color and look she wanted. As you know reds can be tricky but she does such a amazing job at making my hair as beautiful as can be. Ive been going to Olivia for over a year now and she never disappoints.
