I have been to this spa a few times, (therapeutic reasons for most times, when I injure my neck, shoulder, or back). Elle is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me every time to recover quickly. The massages are very good, the staff is very courteous, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place.

Overall, we did not have a good experience at this spa. We were hoping to enjoy a couples massage, as the website says they offer. As an added perk, the website says that we get an “extra peace” free with the couples massage. I called and set everything up ahead of time, but when we showed up we were taken to separate rooms for the entire “couples” massage and the extra peace. Then at the end, we were charged for both extras that we had chosen. We will not be back, and will tell people of this experience if they ask about the spa.

I’ve been to several other places in Northeast Ohio that provide colon hydrotherapy services and none can compare to Elle and Whispering Pines. I find colon hydrotherapy a great benefit but rarely has it been an enjoyable experience while in the facility. The others I’ve tried barely want to do more than just take your money. At Whispering Pines, they are actively engaged in providing a complete and enjoyable service. If you go any place else, just change and go see Elle! And yes, Whispering Pines is licensed. Others claim to be the only one in NE Ohio, but that just isn’t true. Besides, you get a lot more TLC at Whispering Pines.

Today’s 90 minute hot stone massage from Ellie was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life it was seriously worth the 45 minute drive especially with the Groupon special she works so hard to get me in on the weekend within 48 hours of calling and making the appointment I love that all the products are natural and she couldn’t be nicer but most importantly I feel like a new person and I’m very picky about massages LOL do yourself a favor and buy a massage for yourself and everyone you know!
