Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo about a year ago I went in there to have my hair colored cut and style. Needless to say it took so long that the cut wasn’t done, I called to let them know they put me down for a cut next visit. So I went in recently to have my hair colored and cut yet again. Let just say this experience was nothing like the first one. The first time the place was so much alive and so many customers and happy people this time was just overall bad.. I am unsure as to what happened here or how it happened but this place really isn’t what it used to be. I waited almost two hours to have my hair done. After waiting it wasn’t even what I had asked for it was completely wrong still hasn’t gotten cut… this is the second time paying for a service that wasn’t provided. Well apon that there was a gentleman with me as well and his cut is awful. His hair is uneven and also his beard was cut to short and uneven. Now when I heard the rumors as to how bad this place has gotten I couldn’t believe it…. this is definitely not the place I remember nor a place I will ever be going back to again. So about a year ago I went in there to have my hair colored cut and style. Needless to say it took so long that the cut wasn’t done, I called to let them know they put me down for a cut next visit. So I went in recently to have my hair colored and cut yet again. Let just say this experience was nothing like the first one. Has to keep stopping to go to her purse for info or go to the back to have a private conversation leaving customers in the chair for 20-25 mins while other customers pile up in the lobby waiting to be checked in because she is unfortunately the only one there. Walked out with half my head shaved because I was waiting in the chair for almost half an hour while she was on the phone.
