Best place to go for eyelash extensions! I discovered them about 5 years ago and have not gone elsewhere. Before them, I’ve had horrific experiences at many places, this includes many high end poshy places. If you want your lashes done immaculate then this is the place. I have been going to this studio for eyelash extensions since 2019 at their original location and have continued to go periodically since. The last two times I have gone have even the worst experiences for me. Back in August the lady doing my lashes glued my eye shut and caused a lot of pain during the process of trying to get it unstuck. I emailed them to let them know about the issue via their contact form and never heard back. These lashes fell out within a week. I took a few months off after that experiences but wanted to try again this past week (12/15). I asked for natural wispy lashes and that is definitely not what i received they were extremely dramatic. It’s only been a few days since the service and half of these dramatic eyelashes have already fallen out and i look crazy with these random strands of long lashes. I really loved this place before but i’m so disappointed in my recent services and their lack on communication for problems like this!!

Always does a beautiful job takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect definitely glad I’m back after taking a break from Lashes, I forgot how amazing I feel after I walk out with my fresh lashes. I could go on and on about how much I love this place! the entire staff is great and has always been so nice and welcoming! It’s always so clean there and they truly educate you on how to properly care for your lashes! My lash artist Bri was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for better lashes she did exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! love this place and the employees!!!

Great overall experience. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a full set of lashes done for vacation and they looked amazing, I was careful to care for them as I was advised by my lash tech and they lasted even longer than I expected they would. I have also had dermaplaning and I highly recommend this procedure. It leaves your face and neck so incredibly smooth and give your face a really beautiful smooth texture and glow. If you wear makeup I would say dermaplaning is a must.

I have gone to a few different places to get lash extensions and none of them even compare to the quality that I get at Whiplash Studio! Krissy is the absolute best!!!! I can get 3 weeks, easily out of my lash extensions which is super convenient for being a new mom! 🙂 Eyelash extensions

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI would not recommend this salon and will not be going back. I had lash extensions consistently for 2 years and then took a break from them for a few months. When I decided to get them put back on, I went to this place and my lashes were damaged more in one visit here then in the 2 years. The place also smelled horrible, there was a fish tank in the middle of the salon that was so green you couldn’t see the fish. If you’re considering getting lashes, don’t go here. My eyes were blood red for 4 days after my appointment and felt very swollen, which is not normal when getting lash extensions. The girl who did my lashes was very short and rude. For the price of a full set here, it’s not worth the money. The adhesive was applied so poorly that it was catching and ripping my other lashes. If you want lash extensions and don’t want your natural lashes completely ruined, go somewhere else.I would not recommend this salon and will not be going back.
