She followed my lead on what I wanted to have done and was very thorough with explaining the process. She did ask if I had a nut allergy (I do and it’s very severe), she had asked this and asks every client this because some of there products contain almond oil. It is comforting knowing she takes care of her clients in all aspects. Kelly is very clean, professional, kind, caring, and down to earth. The receptionist was very welcoming and gave me directions on how to get to the salon (I got lost).
