Very unprofessional…. I waited a whole hour just to get my toes painted. This salon had my feet just soaking for an hour. Workers need more practice,,, One worker came to help and I told her what I want and she said she didn’t know how to do it. So I had to wait even longer. The person doing my toes was rushing, and very sloppy. I asked for acrylic on my toe to add some length, I didn’t want it very long just a little longer than my regular toe length. The worker continued to file the acrylic nail down to same size as my regular toe nail, I asked her to redo them and in the end they ended up being two different shapes. While in the process she cutt my skin with one of the tools they use. Many clients were sitting an waiting while workers just walked around. The man at the front desk seemed very busy telling clients where to sit, asking others what color they want and translating for some of the workers while other workers continue to just walk around. Very bad work ethics. Don’t come here

Average customer service and reasonable prices. I ONLY come here for pedicure services. Very relaxing, great foot massage, wide range of color options. They take good care of your toenails! I got my nails in the past, the products made my hands itch.

Poor service, I bleed a lot, You can’t communicate with them I told her I’m bleeding and instead of Wipe it with alcohol she did it with Nails remover! And I told her 3 times this is not color this is blood!!!!

I requested a standard pedicure and dip nails. The prices were a bit higher than I normally pay but I was at the mall so I went with it. The pedicure was great and the massage chair was one of the best I’ve been in for a pedi. When it was time for my nails, she removed the old polish and trimmed my cuticles. I thought that was unusual, but maybe that accounted for the higher price. When I went to pay, they tried to charge me an extra $10 for a “manicure”, but the owner removed it when she realized the tech never asked if I wanted it. Shortly after I left I noticed cracks in the color under the top coat. Dip lasts typically 2.5-3 weeks in my experience. By day two I had huge chips in two nails. By day five I had two more chips. It’s now day six and the whole thing crumbled off in pieces. For $50, I expect at least 2 weeks out of it – didn’t even last a full week! Despite the pedicure, will definitely not be coming back

Edit: I went back for the Biff and they wanted to charge me $10 for something I already paid for. Despite 5 minutes of my polite insistence that I’ve never paid extra for this they refused to give what I’ve already paid for. Never mind the fact that the manicure includes nail polish for a woman that I didn’t need. I certainly won’t be using their business again.

I went to this salon and may I say it was extremely upsetting to see discrimination against dark skinned people. I was a walk in and they took me pretty fast, then this darker skinned lady came in after me needing a set. I understand because of the holidays it can be busy but first come first service. I was done with my full set and the lady was still waiting. They took in the people that came in after her, if they didn’t want to do service on someone don’t make them wait for so long. Not satisfied with my set either, wish they put the tips straighter. Wasting peoples time. How you going to discriminate when you got more one starts than anything else, wacky!

Horrible customer service, my pink gel coat starting peeling 3days after I got them done.I went back to the shop to try and rectify the issue and was told I would need to pay another 25 dollars to have them redone… how fair is this smh Manicure, Pedicure

I was waiting for 2 hours 2 hours!!the owner kept telling me wait 10 minutes because granted she is the only one who knows how to do overlay nails but instead of giving me the option to either choose to wait or come Friday she kept saying 10 minutes after the 10 minutes were done I’m thinking ok she’s finishing waxing the lady’s eyebrows she’s going to take me I turn and there is another lady in her chair at that point I got up and was leaving she lied and said the lady was only getting a nail fixed, no she wasn’t she was getting a new set so I told them I had to go she tried to offer me a $5 off discount and force me to stay and I said no then as I’m leaving she sends the other lady to come and tell me she’s ready for me as I’m leaving the mall and I continue to say no I wish I could give them zero stars but I do not recommend them ( the people she was taking before me were of a lighter skin tone ) wasted my time and patience I would never go there again.

I had the worst experience here I have EVER had at a nail salon. I got acrylics here that were uneven, and I had to wait for over an hour and a half to get them done. I also got my eyebrows waxed here, and they took off half of my eyebrow. They tried hiding it from me by not really showing me in the mirror,etc. Do not come here ever, unless you want to have a minimum hour wait for poor and bad service.
